If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
The 62000 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 62000 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close an account if this requirement is not met.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 62000 as the platform operator. This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 62000 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. False or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension of your account. You are solely responsible for keeping your account details up to date, particularly your phone number and verification information.
You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 62000 support team immediately through the channels provided within the platform.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account when you are done, especially on shared devices.
- Use a unique password that is difficult to guess.
- Enable OTP verification for an added layer of security.

62000 reserves the right to take action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice, should any of the above prohibitions be violated.
Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 62000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via the FPX system, which connects directly to major local banks including Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. No additional processing fees are charged for standard deposits through supported channels.
Withdrawals are subject to an identity verification process that may be required before your first request is processed. 62000 reserves the right to request supporting documents for compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and three hours during business hours; however, this may vary depending on the receiving bank.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate and valid. 62000 is not liable for any delays or failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect account information. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
62000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at its sole discretion in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or for legal compliance reasons. Where an account is closed and confirmed to be free of any violations, any remaining balance will be returned to the user via an approved payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 62000 support team through the channels provided within the platform. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions are settled and there are no active investigations relating to the account.
62000 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notices or email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
